you require to purchase. Once happy with your choice, simply
add the item to your cart.
Your shopping cart will display any items you have chosen
to be put in your cart. This will give you the opportunity
to remove any unwanted goods.
Please choose the checkout button and you
will be forwarded to an account screen. The account screen
is split two ways. For customers who have purchased flowers
with us in the past, simply enter your email address you
would have used in your last flower order, and the password
you would have entered. If you have forgotten your password,
simply choose the forgotten password hint screen button
or click here!
New customer? please choose the I am a
new customer button or click here!
Please complete your details that you require to set up
an account with. You will be asked for a password at the
bottom of the create an account screen.
Congratulations you have now set up an
account with Tom Wood.. This means that on future orders
with us, you will not have to re-enter your address details,
saving you time and energy. You will now receive a confirmation
email from us confirming your account has been set up.
Please click on the continue button to
take you to the Account Information Screen.
The Account Information screen will allow
you to add a shipping address if you require your chosen
flowers to be delivered to an alternative address. It will
also show you postage and packing charges if there are any.
If you have any comments to include with your order, please
enter them into the comments box at the bottom of the account
information screen.
Please click the continue button and you
will be taken to the Payment Information screen. you will
be presented with three payment options and we have listed
the three ways below:-
1...Cheque/Money Order:- Once you have
selected the cheque/money order option you will be taken
to the Order Confirmation Screen, This screen gives you
opportunities to amend any information that may be incorrect
such as address details for you or any shipping addresses
you have chosen to send your flowers to. Our full company
address will be listed at the bottom of the screen including
who to make the cheque payable to.
2...Paypal:- For our customers who have
Paypal accounts we have added the paypal payment system.
Please choose the Paypal option and you will be taken to
the Order Confirmation Screen, This screen gives you opportunities
to amend any information that may be incorrect such as address
details for you or any shipping addresses you have chosen
to send your flowers to. Once you are happy that your details
are correct, please click the Confirm Order button. This
will then take you to the Paypal payment screen. Please
note that the information you enter into Paypal is Secure
and at no point does Tom Wood have any of your credit card
details. Please enter your payment details into Paypal and
funds will be transferred to Tom Wood's Paypal account.
Paypal will then send confirmation to us that payment has
been received and you will receive an email from paypal
confirming your transfer.Tom Wood will send you a confirmation
email confirming your flower purchase. We will then contact
you with regards to your order.
When
you are transfered to the PAYPAL payment screen, please
click the BACK TO SHOP button, otherwise
your order will not be confirmed as the payment will be
sent but your personal details and your chosen flower choice
will not.
When we receive your order for your chosen
flowers, we have three stages, 1.. Order Pending, this is
the new order stage, 2.. Order Processing, this a where
we start the administration process of ensuring your item
is in stock and call you to ensure we have correct details.
Once we have moved the order to processing you will be notified
by email. 3.. flowers shipped, This is the last and final
part of the order, we only move the order to this stage
when your flowers has left us, you will be notified by email
that this has been done.
