This is a secure connection allowing you to place orders online for dispatch all over the world. Tom Wood is able to deliver flowers all over the world - they will arrive on the same day throughout the UK (time zones permitting!). We are not able to deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Our usual delivery days are Monday to Saturday.

1.5 In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

1.6 Products are delivered next day unless other delivery date or service is selected.
